VA;s take their work seriously and strive to provide the best service possible to their clients. Of course, it’s important to do your research to find a VA who comes with recommendations and good reviews.

Myth: VAs Can Only Do Simple Admin Tasks

While VAs can certainly help with admin tasks such as managing your email, scheduling and data entry, lots of VAs have expertise in specific areas such as marketing, social media, graphic design, and content creation. Some VAs even specialise in specific industries like such as insurance or finance. It’s important to find a VA with the skills and experience you need for your own specific project or tasks.

Myth: VAs Aren’t Great Communicators

Communication is key when you work with a VA. They often use various means of communication such as email, chat, phone, video conference and WhatsApp to keep in touch with their clients. It’s important to let them know your preferred way of communicating.

Myth: VAs Aren’t Dedicated

Being generally self employed a VA relies on their reputation and client reviews to build their business. They take pride in their work and are dedicated to providing their clients with a high quality service. Many VAs have worked with their clients for years.

 

The Support You Need

A VA can be cost effective and will save you time, providing flexible admin support, actioning the tasks that you don’t want to do or don’t love. They will give you time to focus on with the important stuff, the tasks that only you can do that will allow you to reach your goals and grow your business.
